To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Browwwser and its creators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or business interruption, arising from your use of or inability to use the application.

Our total aggregate liability to you for any claims arising from or related to these terms or the use of Browwwser shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Availability and Updates

10. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms of Service from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify you by email or through a prominent notice on our website at least 30 days before the changes take effect.

Your continued use of Browwwser after the revised terms become effective constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you must stop using the service and cancel your account.
